How to Withdraw Cash (VND) from Coming Pay

Overview

As a foreign tourist visiting Vietnam, exchanging money for cash can sometimes be challenging. There are moments when you need physical Vietnamese Dong (VND) for your transactions. With Coming Pay, you can withdraw cash directly from your USDT balance, making your travel experience much more convenient.

What You’ll Need

  • Coming Pay app installed on your mobile device
  • USDT balance in your Coming Pay account
  • Access to a supported ATM location

Step-by-Step Guide

Find the Nearest ATM

Use the Coming Pay app’s ATM locator feature to find the closest supported ATM machine.

Currently supported:

  • ACB Bank ATMs (more banks will be added in the future)

How to find an ATM:

  1. Open the Coming Pay app
  2. Navigate to the ATM finder function
  3. View nearby ACB ATM locations on the map
  4. Select the most convenient location for you

Locate the ACB ATM

Head to the nearest ACB ATM location that you found using the app.

Select QR Code Withdrawal

At the ACB ATM machine:

  1. Look for the cash withdrawal options on the ATM screen
  2. Select “Withdraw with QR Code” or similar option
  3. The ATM will display a QR code on its screen

Scan the QR Code

Using your Coming Pay app:

  1. Open the QR scanner function
  2. Point your phone camera at the QR code displayed on the ATM screen
  3. Wait for the app to recognize and process the code
  4. Follow any prompts in the Coming Pay app to specify your withdrawal amount

Confirm the Transaction

  1. Review the transaction details on the ATM screen
  2. Confirm the withdrawal amount and any applicable fees
  3. Press the “Confirm” button on the ATM screen
  4. Wait for the transaction to process

Collect Your Cash

  1. The ATM will dispense your VND cash
  2. Your Coming Pay USDT balance will be automatically debited for the equivalent amount
  3. Collect your cash from the ATM dispenser
  4. Take your transaction receipt if needed

Important Notes

  • Exchange Rate: The conversion from USDT to VND is calculated at the current market rate
  • Fees: Transaction fees may apply and will be displayed before confirmation
  • Limits: Daily and per-transaction withdrawal limits may apply
  • Network: Ensure you have a stable internet connection for the transaction to process smoothly
  • Security: Always be aware of your surroundings when using ATMs and keep your phone secure

Troubleshooting

QR Code Won’t Scan:

  • Ensure your phone camera is clean and focused
  • Make sure there’s adequate lighting
  • Try moving your phone closer or further from the screen

Transaction Failed:

  • Check your USDT balance is sufficient
  • Verify your internet connection
  • Try again or contact Coming Pay support

ATM Issues:

  • If the ATM is out of service, use the app to find an alternative location
  • Report any ATM technical issues to ACB Bank or Coming Pay support
